I buy for my clients as I buy for myself - finding a sound investment at the right price is key. Over the years, I have built up a strong and trusted network of surveyors, solicitors and financial advisers with expertise in the unique needs of the central London property market. I can further recommend architects, interior designers and builders if required.
I act solely for the benefit of my clients and thus have no conflict of interest. Enjoying long-established relationships with estate agents, developers and owners, I can offer early access to highly sought after off market properties.
I work one-on-one with a client. This allows me to give my undivided attention and fosters a more personal and collaborative experience. Search and Acquisition
Initial introduction to get to know one-another and discuss your preferences.
Day of initial viewings to get a feel for different areas and to get a deeper insight into your likes/dislikes.
Further viewings to build up a shortlist.
Surveyors & initial feasibility on build requirements if buying to renovate.
Negotiation and Purchase.
Rental Search
Time is of the essence - first an initial meeting to establish your needs.
I preview all suitable properties to narrow down a shortlist.
I set up viewings of the shortlist that are tailored to suit your schedule.
I then negotiate the best possible terms.
Property management
Bespoke property management tailored to suit a client’s individual requirements.
Fees
Unlike many search agents, I charge no upfront or retainer fee. If you decide that I am the right person to assist you, I only ask that we work together on an exclusive basis.
Search and Acquisition: 1% of the sale price is payable upon completion of purchase. Further project management input can be negotiated based on personal requirements.
Rental Search: Success fee of one month's rent is payable upon agreement.
